How to order:

Firstly, please register an account with AnnsFashionMall.com so that you will have an individual account to check your order details, print invoice and receive message from us.

•Browse through our catalogue.

•Please place order using the shopping cart or email us your order list (qty/ optional details/ preferred delivery mode).

•Please proceed payment or reply email for additional orders (if there is any) to be shipped together. Shoppers can log in to your account to send us the payment notification or email us the payment details once payment is done so as to avoid any unneccesary delay.

•Your order will be reserved for 24hours and it will be released to the next buyer if payment is not in within this period. Order will be cancelled after 3 days if payment is not made. Please email us to inform if you need more time to make the payment and we will accomodate it.

We accept payments by POSB /DBS bank transfer, paypal Singapore buyers. For Australian buyers, we accept ANZ direst deposit and paypal.

Please make payment within 3 days. Order will be cancelled after 3 days if payment is not in.

*Please cite your name or invoice number in your transfer and email us so as to avoid any unnecessary delay.

For international orders, we accept payment via paypal secure gateway (either credit card/ paypal account). You do not need to register an account with paypal in order to make payment by credit card.

Your credit card details will not be revealed to us at any point.

No change/cancellation of order after confirmation and payment done unless due to unavailability of item, we will refund for the amount paid under this condition.

Shipping

SINGAPORE Orders will be shipped via Singapore Post by Normal Postage, FREE OF CHARGE

Registered Postage is highly recommended as we are NOT liable for lost/ damaged mail via Normal Postage.

For registered mail, pls add SGD 2.3 extra

Tracking number would be provided for Registered Mail

International Order will be posted via Singapore Post based on the weight. We deliver WORDLWIDE
